Job Title: General Production Worker
1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm - Monday to Friday
Pay: $18/hr
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. You will utilize measurement tools to ensure parts are accurately measured to specifications, perform quality checks on completed windows, and use various hand and power tools. You will also handle materials and assist with other general labor tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
- Utilize tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification.
- Perform quality checks on all completed windows.
- Utilize table saws and various hand and power tools.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience with finishing, grinding, and assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Work Environment
Work in a family-owned, team-oriented environment. The facility is currently expanding, offering a new and improved workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mansfield, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
