DIRECT HIRE - Parts Inspector / Quality Control (Lebanon, OH)
First Shift Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
- Core Responsibilities: Conduct precise quality control inspections, test products for dimensions/defects, perform gage calibration, and manage the disposition (rework/reuse) of defective parts.
- Technical Skills Required: Must have 2+ years of related experience, proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and essential working knowledge of CMM equipment
- Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods
- Documentation & Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints is mandatory; must also be able to accurately maintain R.M.A. and supplier quality reports.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for hours and repeatedly lift and carry 25 lbs.
