The Club at Hillbrook in Chagrin Falls is looking for a front desk/office receptionist. The right candidate would be outgoing, friendly, and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate extensions, or take messages.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Club, greeting members and guests, answering questions, providing directions, and alerting staff of arrivals.
• Maintain a clean and organized office area.
• Manage dining reservations using our POS system.
• Handle overnight guest reservations through our reservation system.
• Welcome and check in overnight guests, which includes processing credit card payments, making dining reservations, assisting with luggage, providing ice, and escorting guests to their rooms.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
• Respond to member and guest needs, special requests, and complaints in a friendly and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
• Adhere to a professional dress code at all times.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and phone etiquette.
• Clear, patient, and articulate communication in all phone and in-person interactions.
• A positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Availability and willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable daily transportation.
