Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This position focuses on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktop systems, warehouse technologies, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions and the ability to document IT configurations effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft desktop solutions such as O365, M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Active Directory.
• Support warehouse technologies, including handheld scanners, label printers, and warehouse management systems.
• Document IT configurations, processes, and change management activities to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage desktop imaging and hardware setup for new and existing users.
• Ensure the security and functionality of desktop systems through regular updates and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve support processes.
• Assist in maintaining Active Directory, including user accounts and access permissions.
• Provide clear and timely communication with users regarding technical issues and updates.
• Conduct training sessions or provide guidance to users for common IT tools and systems.• Associate degree in technology or a related field, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft desktop solutions, including O365, M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse technologies such as handheld scanners, label printers, and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to document IT processes, configurations, and change management activities.
• Familiarity with desktop imaging and workstation setups.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and desktop hardware.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively assist users.
