\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Operating Room RN experience (prior to travel assignments)\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (permanent or compact)\n
- Current BLS certification (must be active, no pending status)\n
- Circulating experience required\n
- One recent supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the OR specialty\n
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation\n
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
- Must be able to work at least every other holiday during the assignment\n
\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures\n
- Circulate and assist in diverse surgical cases, including thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, sub-acute, pediatric PACU, and pediatric OR\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative healthcare team to provide high-quality clinical support\n
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures\n
- Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and required nursing assessments\n
- Demonstrate flexibility by working assigned shifts, including every other holiday\n
