Join a skilled metal fabrication team where every day brings hands-on work and opportunities to grow! Were looking for a dependable **General Laborer** to assist with cutting, shaping, and preparing metal materials including aluminum, copper, and steel.
**What Youll Do:**
* Operate machinery to cut metal materials to specific lengths
* Use punching machines to create holes and shapes per job specs
* Measure, inspect, and ensure all parts meet quality standards
* Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
* Keep your workstation clean and organized
* Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
* Assist team members with other shop tasks as needed
**What Were Looking For:**
* Previous experience in manufacturing or metalwork preferred
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to lift and handle metal materials safely
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

*Work with various materials including carbon and stainless steels, spring and tempered steels, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze alloys, and exotic chemical and aerospace alloys.
*Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of Steel Toe Work Boots.
*Ensure great attendance and punctuality to maintain a smooth production flow.
*Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in any of the mentioned areas (deburring, spot welding, CNC operation, etc.) is highly considered.
*Ability to work with a variety of materials and metals.
*Must have Steel Toe Work Boots for safety compliance.
*Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
*Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
