Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in a structured and supportive learning environment. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction to students with multiple disabilities while working closely with a collaborative educational team to promote student growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide special education instruction to elementary-aged students, primarily at the kindergarten level

• Manage a small caseload of approximately 8 students with varying grade levels

• Support students with multiple disabilities through individualized instruction and accommodations

• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and related service providers

• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license

• Prior experience working with elementary students preferred

• Experience supporting students with multiple disabilities preferred

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
