About the Role
As a DSP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and daily success of the individuals we serve. This position combines household management with direct care responsibilities, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment by managing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure the highest level of care.
