Job Summary
A national fintech company based in South Florida is expanding its home improvement finance division and is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team in promoting home improvement financing solutions. Our AI-driven platform helps contractors boost their sales by providing fast, no-fee financing options. With a proven sales system refined with hands-on testing, you'll follow a structured 90-day Launchpad to build your book of business, focusing on prospecting, activations, and long-term relationships. This role offers stability through a base salary while rewarding performance with monthly residual commissions as your portfolio grows. Ideal for career-driven professionals eager to scale in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage home improvement contractors through structured outreach and follow-ups.
• Educate contractors on our platform, demonstrating how it solves cash flow challenges and enhances their business.
• Activate dealers via a streamlined process and onboard their sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive ongoing business growth.
• Log daily activities to track progress and ensure system compliance.
• Participate in weekly check-ins and hands-on training to refine your approach and achieve volume targets.

Requirements

• Self-driven with a competitive mindset and willingness to follow a proven system.
• Comfortable with field work and daily outreach.
• Basic understanding of sales processes; experience in B2B or financial services preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication skills for consultative selling and relationship building.
• Reliable transportation for field prospecting.
• Commitment to daily activity tracking for accountability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000.
• Monthly residual commissions on loan volume from your book of business.
• Projected total earnings of $125,000 in the first year between salary and residuals, growing with additional activations and residuals. Each year, your residuals grow as you activate more contractors — creating compounding monthly income that continues from your established relationships.
• $1,000 bonus for achieving $100,000 in approved loans by Day 90.
• Hands-on mentorship and a clear path to leadership.
