Hourly Rate: $24/hr + Tip Pool Eligibility

Position Overview:

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Wellness Concierge to join our growing team in Gahanna. This is a client-facing role that blends hospitality, wellness education, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator with strong people skills and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and guide them through their Prime IV experience
• Provide information on IV hydration therapies, vitamin injections, and wellness packages
• Lead and manage local social media content and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive community engagement and growth
• Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted marketing strategies for local awareness
• Maintain facility cleanliness, manage scheduling, and coordinate client check-ins and check-outs
• Monitor inventory, assist with product ordering, and communicate with vendors as needed
• Support membership sales, promotions, and service education in a non-pressured environment
• Serve as a brand ambassador both in clinic and during local outreach/pop-up events

Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Strong social media skills and a creative eye for content creation and engagement
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced wellness setting
• Must be self-led, reliable, and highly organized with attention to detail
• Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Interest or background in wellness, health, or beauty industries a plus
