Job DescriptionProperty Manager – 55+ Active Senior Living Community
Location: Sylvania, OH
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the senior living property
- Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous property management experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Familiarity with senior housing or multifamily communities preferred
- Proficiency in property management software a plus
