We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Class-A residential properties with high-quality service, repairs, and customer care. This is a hands-on role focused on upkeep, unit turns, and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Maintain grounds and swimming pools to high standards
- Complete unit turns in line with quality expectations
- Troubleshoot appliances and minor electrical issues
- Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating on-call schedule
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets standards
- Keep maintenance areas organized, stocked, and job-ready
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance technician experience
- Experience with drywall repair, paint touch-ups, plumbing, and electrical
- HVAC experience with EPA certification required
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Self-starter with strong customer service and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Compensation
- $24–$26 per hour
- $200 monthly performance bonus
