ComResource is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager.

We need someone to assist in managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring a smooth transition into platform adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to successful launch
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Conduct status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Track deliverables and ensure on-time project completion
  • Build strong customer relationships throughout onboarding
  • Gather feedback and improve onboarding processes
  • Contribute to project management tools and practice development

Essentials:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday)

Desired:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
