ComResource is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager.
We need someone to assist in managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring a smooth transition into platform adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to successful launch
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Conduct status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Track deliverables and ensure on-time project completion
- Build strong customer relationships throughout onboarding
- Gather feedback and improve onboarding processes
- Contribute to project management tools and practice development
Essentials:
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday)
Desired:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
