Friendly, efficient with money. The servers get 20 dollars of house money to start with. 10 dollars in change and 10 dollars in cash. I want outgoing servers who greet all customers. The customers who you did not wait on will return, and you will have the pleasure to serve them the next time. Servers are needed to make ice cream cones, milk shakes, ice cream parfaits, banana splits, root beer floats, and serve drinks. I will teach you how to do this if you are not knowledgeable. FOH is required to set the atmosphere of the business so being friendly is a must have trait. Servers are required to write orders in a way that the cooks can read. We do dinners and sandwiches at the top. Side orders in the middle. Drinks and ice cream at the bottom. We have our abbreviations or short hand way of writing tickets to avoid confusion. We deliver fast food with efficiency to make our customers coming back. Servers are also required to separate their house money from tips. Hope to hear from you soon.
