AtThe Third Estimate, were growing fastand were looking for skilled Field Technicians who know their way around all areas of exterior home improvement, with a strong focus on windows and doors. If youve got the hands-on expertise, customer-first mindset, and hustle to match, weve got the opportunity.
What Youll Be Doing:
Perform high-quality installs and repairs for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters
Take full ownership of your workfrom prep to punch-out
Walk clients through your work, earning trust and satisfaction
Identify issues in the field and help resolve them before they escalate
Use Company Cam to document job progress and site conditions
Collaborate closely with project managers and production teams
Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the home
What You Bring:
3+ years of field experience, especially in window and door installation
Skilled problem-solver who finds solutions, not excuses
Clear communicator who keeps clients and crews informed
Tech-comfortable (Company Cam, CRM use, or willing to learn quickly)
Physically capablecan lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
