<li>Operate and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.</li>
<li>Conduct site assessments to prepare for installation, including masking, taping, and area protection.</li>

Project Leadership &amp; Team Management
<ul>
<li>Lead a team of insulation installers to ensure timely and accurate project completion.</li>
<li>Monitor job progress and quality control to meet or exceed company standards.</li>
</ul>
Customer Interaction &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul>
<li>Communicate with clients before, during, and after installations to ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-job inspections and post-installation walk-throughs to address any concerns.</li>
</ul>
Safety &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment.</li>
</ul>
Documentation &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Complete daily work logs, time sheets, and service reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate with office and operations staff to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of spray foam insulation experience (closed-cell and open-cell).</li>
<li>Leadership or crew lead experience in a construction or insulation setting preferred.</li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of spray foam systems, building science, and thermal insulation principles.</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lead teams and work independently.</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.</li>
<li>Spray Foam Certification (SPFA or equivalent) a plus.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditions.</li>

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BALER
 
Safely operate baler to prepare 1200-1500 pound bales for shipment. Count number of articles to be banded to verify number on work order. Load materials into baling machine. Unwind plastic or metal banding material from reel, wrap band around stack or bundle, inserts loose end of banding material into strapping tool and cinches and crimps banding material and clamp with strapping tool to secure articles during storage or shipment. Complete with all agency safety policies and DOT guidelines.
 
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BALER
 
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Capable to operate baling machine</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic math</li>
<li>Able to operate counterbalance scale to weigh bails</li>
<li>Able to work independently but also foster teamwork</li>
<li>Must have a physician-certified disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act per the requirements of Goodwill's State Use Contracts</li>
</ul>
 
WORK SCHEDULE
 
You must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
