Coordination between all Topre internal departments concerning the design, testing, tooling, manufacturing, production, and shipment of all finished goods, including; test and trial parts to the Topre Warehouse and customer site.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Management of Product Design, Development and Change
</li>
<li>
Daily Coordination between customers and Topre internal departments as needed
</li>
<li>
Responsible for writing any internal design change documents to start the design change process.
</li>
<li>
Daily Support / Coordination of other departments’ production.
</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
<ul>
<li>
Must have excellent PC skills, including; Excel, PowerPoint
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 2-3 years’ CAD experience
</li>
<li>
MUST utilize CATIA V5. (NX software is optional; and appreciated)
</li>
<li>
Working Knowledge of Vehicle Body Structures
</li>
<li>
Understanding of Automotive Steel Materials; especially High Tensile Steel Material.
</li>
<li>
Familiar with the Welding Process (Resistance welding)
</li>
<li>
Ability to Negotiate and Communicate with Customers, Vendors as well as other TOPRE facilities and departments
</li>
<li>
Self-Starter with Effective Time Management Skills
</li>
<li>
Scheduling Management expert
</li>
<li>
Should be Organized and Detailed oriented
</li>
<li>
Excellent Communicator
</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>
Previous Automotive design experience with passenger vehicles
</li>
<li>
Siemens NX CAD experience is a plus
</li>
<li>
Thorough knowledge of vehicle performance and function along with its regulations
</li>
<li>
Experience working with a Japanese company OR with Japanese people
</li>
<li>
Plastics working (Press)
</li>
<li>
Forming simulation skills. AutoForm is preferred
</li>
</ul>
Credentials (Education and experience necessary to perform the job)

Minimum of an Associate’s degree, 3 years vehicle design experience
</li>
</ul>
