<li>Must have a&nbsp;reliable work vehicle&nbsp;and your own tools</li>
<li>Vehicle/trailer must be able to&nbsp;transport very large acrylic sheets&nbsp;and materials</li>
<li>Proof of liability insurance&nbsp;required</li>
<li>Workers Comp insurance&nbsp;required for helpers/employees

<li>If working solo as a 1099, a waiver is accepted</li>

<li>Submit all required&nbsp;paperwork and job photos</li>
