Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead Architectural team </li>
<li>Develop/manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects </li>
<li>Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget, scheduling, billing) </li>
<li>Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals </li>
<li>Build/maintain client relationships </li>
<li>Regular client communication</li>
<li>Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration </li>
<li>Other project and construction administration duties as needed </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required </li>
<li>Master’s in Architecture preferred </li>
<li>8+ years of experience in commercial architecture </li>
<li>Experience developing construction documents and specifications for commercial projects (industrial, warehouse, data center and distribution center) </li>
<li>Working knowledge of code, materials and methods commonly used </li>
</ul>
 
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Travel General Laborer Nights $18
SPAR is growing our overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who is hard working and reliable. Willing to travel for extended periods of time and work nights 9pm to 6am. Must be willing to learn and know your way around a tool box. Your traveling team will be working inside home improvement retail chains, building, dealing with heavy steel racking and pallet racking.
Becoming a Racking Team Member is a prerequisite to the Senior Lead position.

What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Very physical construction work</li>
<li>Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores</li>
<li>Remove and replace damaged steel racking including cantilever towers</li>
<li>Move product from old to new pallet racking</li>
<li>Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures</li>
<li>Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion</li>
<li>Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnights 9PM - 6AM</li>
<li>Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf</li>
<li>Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground as needed</li>
<li>Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Experience in using basic hand and power tools (must provide own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job</li>
<li>Ability to work in Team environment</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, </li>
<li>Personal cell is required and valid email address.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>
<li>Appropriate work footwear is required to be worn on the jobsite</li>
