<li>Complete digital and written reports for documentation of work performed</li>
<li>Coordinate with the service manager and project managers to plan and execute field work</li>
<li>Undergo 6-18 months of company training to become an ISO 17025 accredited technician</li>
<li>Maintain calibration of instruments and follow all 17025 procedures</li>
<li>Provide mentorship or training to entry-level technicians as needed</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>CETA National Board of Testing (CNBT) Certification required (Fume Hood, Cleanroom Testing, Sterile Compounding) Must possess one certification</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience performing cleanroom testing and equipment certification</li>
<li>Familiarity with ISO 14644, USP &lt;797&gt;, USP &lt;800&gt;, and CETA CAGs</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High level of professionalism and customer service</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly (up to 60% including overnights)</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in PPE as required</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Additional certifications (NEBB, NSF, etc.) a plus</li>
<li>Technical background in HVAC, life sciences, or environmental testing</li>
<li>Experience in metrology or laboratory support environments</li>

Job Description
Field Service Technician
Nidec Minster Corporation, the largest manufacturer of material forming presses in the United States has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician. This person will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to assist customers with their Minster supplied equipment, supervising/instructing personnel in setting up equipment in customer plants, training customer's personnel on proper maintenance and operation of Minster equipment. Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide technical and maintenance support to Minster's customers with their metal forming equipment</li>
<li>Commission new and remanufactured metal forming equipment in customers' plants</li>
<li>Audit customers' metal forming equipment and report all repair requirements found</li>
<li>Provide written and oral reports in English in an accurate and professional manner</li>
<li>Promote service parts and preventative maintenance contracts</li>
<li>Work flexible hours to support customer service needs - primarily day shift with some off-shift support</li>
</ul>
Field Service Technician Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of machinery mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and maintenance processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics</li>
<li>Able to work effectively with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Extensive domestic and international travel is required 7 days a week- 90%</li>
