<li>Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents in nearby areas</li>
\n
<li>Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team</li>
\n
<li>Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents</li>
\n
<li>Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs)</li>
\n
<li>Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards</li>
\n
<li>Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day</li>
\n
<li>Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships</li>
\n
<li>Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies</li>

<li>Bridging communications between, and among, staff and residents (and their family members)</li>
