MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Ohio
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1-3 years of experience in employment litigation, commercial liability, or claims-based legal work
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to appear in Ohio state and county courts for hearings and non-trial matters
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining legal positions to non-attorneys

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

COMPENSATION:
