Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead Lean execution initiatives to improve production efficiency and eliminate waste.</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies aligned with operational needs.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process and product quality.</li>
<li>Build, mentor, and develop a high-performance team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as safety, quality, cost, and delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align facility vision and operational execution.</li>
<li>Manage the entire operational value chain to ensure seamless production.</li>

Performance Metrics

<li>Safety: Reduce near misses, lost time, and recordables.</li>
<li>Quality: Improve customer complaints, SQF compliance, and audit scores.</li>
<li>Cost: Minimize waste, overtime percentage, and material costs while driving efficiency.</li>
<li>Delivery: Achieve customer fulfillment and frozen attainment goals.</li>
<li>Retention: Enhance employee training and engagement to minimize turnover.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing management.</li>
<li>Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Bi-lingual capabilities are an asset.</li>
</ul>
