Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

<li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required. Must meet insurability standard. The ability to tow trailers or transport equipment.</li>

Scheduling Manager

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionOur Plant Manager is responsible for the daily production processing of our Laundry facility. Managing the employees in our production, warehouse, and maintenance departments, you will be responsible for monitoring production flow, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and regulating product inventory. Managerial duties include all staffing, transfer, promotion, coaching, training, terminating, and employee review responsibilities.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>We require 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, in a production environment</li>
<li>Qualified candidates should have previous experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines</li>
<li>Production-line scheduling experience</li>
<li>Staff scheduling experience</li>
<li>Lean management experience utilizing computer controls</li>
<li>Must be growth oriented and career minded</li>
<li>Good communication skills are required</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</li>
<li>Bachelors Degree Preferred.</li>
