Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.
 
We are currently seeking a Contingent Direct Support Professional. This person is responsible for the immediate safety of residents, security of facility and continuity of program services during designated hours. They will work closely with the House Manager and other direct care staff to assist residents in developing and implementing activities and recreational opportunities.
 
Hours: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; 12am - 8am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Day Program DSP is an active and integral member of the habilitation team at 360 Total Care, dedicated to supporting and enhancing the lives of participants with developmental disabilities.
 
This position involves extensive community interaction as specialists accompany participants to various activities and events within and around the city, advocating for, and assisting them in their social and personal development.
 
This role requires safely transporting 1 or more individuals with developmental disabilities to and from the Day Habilitation Center, residential homes, community events, and other scheduled activities. This role requires strict adherence to Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities transportation regulations and organizational policies.
 
Schedule:
Core work hours between 7AM - 4PM Monday through Friday based on transportation routes. (Up to 40 hours weekly.)
 
Pay:
$16-18 per hour based on experience and prior certification / training.
