We are currently seeking a Contingent Shelter Residential Aide. The Youth Residential Aide will participate in the daily planning routine by conducting admissions and discharges, assessing needs, assisting with linkage to assistance and stabilization of needs, supervising, monitoring, and engaging youth at all times. The Youth Residential Aide will provide supportive services and actively maintain the daily operations of youth shelter programming. The shelter programming will ensure there is a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth and co-workers by following all policies and procedures. Residential Aides will provide case management and supportive services.
