The Manual QA Tester has a critical role in verifying the data integrity within an enterprise system conversion project. Large volumes of data will migrate from a legacy system onto a new platform. <li>A professional with experience performing the following tasks:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the management of projects to ensure that work is completed as scheduled, within the established project budget, at a high level of quality, and in compliance with the contract.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly financial reviews detailing cash flow, billing, net financial position, change order progress, project risks, etc.</li>
<li>Willingness or interest in developing Electrical Estimating skills.</li>
<li>Participate in site visits to identify, document, and communicate issues related to scope changes, schedule conflicts, material shortages, manpower adjustment, quality control, safety, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process starting with the estimate, moving through 3D coordination, to prefabrication and site delivery, culminating in field installation.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly anticipate, identify, analyze, and resolve problems</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand schedules for use in responsible planning and management exercises</li>
<li>Ability to quantify, compile, and submit change orders.</li>
<li>Ensure the effective and timely management of the RFI process</li>
<li>Assist in quantity tracking for self-performed and subcontracted scopes.</li>
<li>Support project closeout, punch list completion, record drawings, and demobilization.</li>
<li>Participate in a culture of continuous learning, training, and skill development.</li>
<li>Review and interpret blueprints/shop drawings and other project documents</li>
<li>Learn the scope of work/responsibilities of other trades at project site</li>
<li>Implement corporate safety policies on the job site</li>
<li>Possess a willingness to work onsite five days a week when necessary</li>
<li>Attend project meetings and activities taking notes at the discretion of the PM</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or (5) years of related field experience </li>
<li>Strong understanding of percentage of completion and financial reporting</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills</li>
<li>Experience using Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and/or Accubid</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software</li>
</ul>
