Job Description 
Sika is looking for an experienced Technical Service Representative to join it's growing team in the Columbus, OH area for our roofing business. The Tech Service Rep is responsible for monitoring the installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems to ensure correct application procedures are followed.&nbsp; This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites.&nbsp; This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. This position reports to the Regional Technical Manager.&nbsp;
Specific Responsibilities:

<li>Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.</li>
<li>Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. Help to resolve installation problems and issues as they arise.</li>
<li>Conducting final inspections for technical acceptance for warranty issuance.</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between the applicator, General contractor, consultant, architect, building owner, and Sarnafil during the installation process.</li>
<li>Advising Technical Manager concerning progress, issues, problems project needs.</li>
<li>Assist Sales and others with pre-job meetings, roof surveys, and warranty claim issues.</li>
<li>Following up on leak and warranty claim calls, and complete necessary Sarnafil repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Inspection of existing Sarnafil roofs for warranty transfers, warranty extensions, and annual inspections.</li>

Qualifications

The QA Calibration Specialist is responsible for ensuring measurement systems used in production, utilities, facilities, and QC labs are qualified, calibrated, and compliant throughout the project lifecycle—from URS and design through commissioning, qualification, and operational handover. Description:

<li>Provide QA oversight for calibration and metrology activities within the capital expansion: design review, URS, risk assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, and turnover. </li>
<li>Review/approve calibration-related URS, design deliverables (P&amp;IDs, I/O lists, instrument indices), data sheets, and vendor documentation. </li>
<li>Ensure instruments are specified with appropriate accuracy, range, environmental ratings, and materials of construction; challenge acceptance criteria and tolerances using risk-based rationale. </li>
<li>Participate in punchlist/walkdowns; verify instrument tagging, labeling, and accessibility; ensure as-built consistency. </li>
<li>Stand up/expand the site calibration program for new assets: master instrument list, criticality ranking, and calibration intervals using risk-based methodology (e.g., impact/criticality to product quality and patient safety). </li>

The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of cell site deployments, fiber, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cell site construction. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the Installation and testing of cell sites. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites. Ability to lead crews, extensive experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must. Must be detail oriented and team oriented.

The Quality Analyst will provide full time on-site support to our manufacturing site and will maintain the databases held within the QSI &amp; replacement system and work to ensure correct and on time completion of work concerning document control, training, and corrective actions (including supplier corrective actions). The Quality Analyst will be a part of the internal audit process and also support sites with on-site external audit support. The Quality Analyst will report to the Quality Manager. The scope will include ISO 9001:2015, FSC and MAQMSR.
