North Central operates the largest 988 Call Center in Ohio. People struggling with mental health crises can call 988, a new, national hotline number focused on providing lifesaving suicide prevention and crisis services. The 988 network is made up of over 200 call centers nationwide receiving calls, chats and texts from people in crisis connecting callers with specialists trained to assist with mental health crises, including psychotic symptoms and substance abuse. 
This is non-exempt, full-time position reporting to the Suicide Prevention Services Coordinator. Work week availability is required 7-days, Sunday through Saturday. This means you can be scheduled to work any day of the week, including weekends. Shifts will be completed on site. Must successfully complete required training.

POSITION PURPOSE

Anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.

Read food orders from computer printouts and prepare food items according to established menu plans.

Wash, slice, peel and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.

Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling or piercing them with utensils.
&nbsp;
Assist in work direction to kitchen staff ensuring work procedures, quality standards and menu specifications are adhered to.
&nbsp;
Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure staffing levels are appropriate based on business volumes.
&nbsp;
Guest interaction is a must. Must engage the guest each time they come to the buffet line. Explain product, ask question and build positive relationships with the guest.

Coordinate and communicate on orders with dining room staff. Assume limited charge of kitchen on respective shifts.&nbsp;

Assume limited accountability of supervisors in their absence.

Receive and deliver food to the proper areas.

Coach and direct all cooks, prep cooks and kitchen food runners to work in a productive and efficient manner.

Expedite all food orders promptly in a timely manner.

Use and maintain all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner. Observe and enforce Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper steam table temperature, and cleanliness of work environment.

Job Summary:
The AZEK Company/TimberTech Wilmington division is seeking a Material Handler for our Prairie Avenue Facility. The Material Handler responsible for the staging and movement of raw materials and finished products within the production environment. Core Responsibilities: • Contributes to accident free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations. • Moves finished product for staging, packing, or shipping. • Completes daily duties in accordance with workplace organization and efficiency methodologies, such as TPM and 6S. • Gives production support in the staging of bins, skids, and raw materials Ø Assists in recycling of cardboard and other waste products. • Performs daily maintenance check on forklift at the beginning of each shift after use. • Uses safe operating procedures while operating forklift. • Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management.
Qualifications: • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred. • Forklift Certification. • Significant experience running an extrusion line. • Meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech’s Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program. • Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. • Ability to perform the physical demands of the job including: Push / Pull / Lift / Manipulate 10lbs – 100lbs. • Ability to stand for complete shift; kneeling, lifting overhead, bending climbing and crawling are often required. • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures that can become very hot depending on the weather.
