<li>Develop and maintain the company's AI strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.</li>
<li>Identify high-value opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.</li>

<li>Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations</li>

<li>5 years roofing/ construction experience preferred</li>

 Job Requirements:

<li>Assist in setting up fall protection, pre-job inspections, and job planning meetings</li>

<li>Check Fall Plans, Toolbox Talks, and other safety documents required on site</li>
<li>Address all safety violations in compliance with CentiMark Safety Rules or Policy</li>
<li>Review inspections with crews and cover safety awareness messages</li>
<li>Report inspection results on a weekly basis to the Regional Manager</li>
<li>Serious violations must be reported immediately</li>
<li>Assist in conducting Monthly &amp; Quarterly training meetings</li>
