Job Description▶︎ Job Details: • Job Title: Field Service Technician • Client: Machinery Maintenance • Working Location: Cincinnati, OH 45246 • Working Style: On-site • Employment Type: • Salary: $30 - $39/hour (DOE) • Language: English, Japanese (preferred) &nbsp; ▶︎ Position Overview: The Field Service Technician will provide on-site maintenance, repair,&nbsp;technical support,&nbsp;and installation&nbsp;for machinery,&nbsp;primarily precision machinery&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;Machining Center),&nbsp;used in automotive manufacturing. The technician will ensure that the machinery operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring that clients' production processes run smoothly.&nbsp;&nbsp; ▶︎ What will you do: • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment, including breakdowns, inspections, adjustments, and part replacements &nbsp; • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and specialized knowledge &nbsp; • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients during on-site visits, communicating service activities and recommendations &nbsp; • Complete service reports, documenting work performed, parts used, and any relevant details &nbsp; • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all tasks &nbsp; ▶︎ Required Qualifications &amp; Skills: • Experience in a similar field service or maintenance role, preferably in automotive manufacturing or machinery industries &nbsp; • Languages: English, Japanese - Japanese bilingual and experience working at a Japanese company (in the US) are preferred. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems in production machinery &nbsp; • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills under pressure &nbsp; • Strong written and verbal communication skills &nbsp; • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships &nbsp; • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed &nbsp; • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment &nbsp; • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
