Wells Brothers Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Concrete and Construction Laborers to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, and have the ability and willingness to teach and learn. 
Essential Duties
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>Maintain a low Safety Incident Occurrence History </li>
<li>Assist in building and positioning forms and pouring concrete</li>
<li>Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications</li>
<li>Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately</li>
<li>Mix concrete and mortar</li>
<li>Clean constructions site to eliminate possible hazards</li>
<li>Install and tire rebar and wire mesh</li>
<li>Operation of power tools of all types</li>
<li>Load and unload truck</li>
</ul>
Experience and Requirements
<ul>
<li>3 years of experience</li>
<li>Possess a thorough understanding of industrial trades</li>
<li>Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs on occasion, stand, bend, stoop, squat, reach and sit for long periods of time</li>
<li>Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces</li>
<li>Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays as needed</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to changing schedule and easily and positively adjust to changing priorities and department processes. </li>
<li>Ability to simultaneously handle the demands of internal and external customers</li>
<li>Knowledge/Experience of other skilled trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Welding) Preferred</li>
