SUMMARY: MI Conveyance Solutions Field Service Technicians II provide the highest levels of mechanical service to meet the needs of our customers. JOB DUTIES:

Summary Objective&nbsp;
The Mechanical Field Service Lead serves as the senior field mechanic responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation, startup, and commissioning of Stellar Energy's Modular Central Utility Plants (MCUPs) at customer sites. This position helps direct and support a team of two Field Technicians and acts as the primary mechanical authority on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. The role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, leadership in field operations, and familiarity with digital instrumentation and smart mechanical systems.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Lead the contractor in all mechanical installation activities at customer locations, serving as the senior site mechanic.</li>
<li>Coordinate and supervise the work of two Field Technicians, ensuring mechanical installation and commissioning tasks are executed to a high standard.</li>
<li>Interpret and execute mechanical and piping drawings, installation plans, and P&amp;IDs provided by Engineering.</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and alignment of pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, valves, piping systems, and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Lead startup and commissioning procedures for mechanical systems, including hydrostatic testing, flushing, leak testing, and equipment verification.</li>
<li>Interface with internal Engineering, Project Management, and Controls teams to resolve technical or equipment-related issues in the field.</li>

Punderson Manor Lodge&nbsp;is seeking candidates for a&nbsp;Chief Engineer&nbsp;responsible for leading the day to day operation of the facility and shift coverage. This includes guest rooms, meeting spaces, boilers and chillers, kitchens, laundry, building exterior and cabins.
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years hands on experience with preferred 2 year technical training certificate in HVAC systems, mechanical equipment repairs, building automation and energy management. Hospitality industry experience a plus. Must possess a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>This position requires strong leadership skills and a willingness to work different shifts depending on business needs. Good communication skills are necessary across all hotel departments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinates and assigns the daily activities of all department personnel</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and other equipment throughout the hotel.</li>
<li>Performs preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis</li>
<li>Services the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters, completing maintenance request forms and record logs.</li>
<li>Supervises maintenance of the building exterior and curb appeal for snow removal, lawn care, painting, and other gardening.</li>
<li>Develop associate skills through training while ensuring safety programs are effective and compliant with corporate standards, OSHA and other regulations. Oversee workflow quality for 6 to 8 associates daily.</li>
<li>Schedule and manage third party contractors to ensure building systems compliance along with various other equipment repairs, projects, renovations and capital replacements.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills required for maintaining critical spare parts inventory, purchasing supplies for the department and submitting capital planning requests.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have 3-5 years maintenance experience, with 2 years direct maintenance supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Must be skilled in HVAC, boilers, electrical, carpentry, dry walling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping</li>
<li>Must be able to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to be responsive to complaints about maintenance and be willing and able to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.</li>
<li>Considerable knowledge of mathematical skills necessary to interpret electrical, mechanical and building systems.</li>
<li>Considerable knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to analyze their design and intent and performance.</li>
<li>Considerable knowledge of construction and building systems</li>
</ul>
Physical &amp; Environmental Demands:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working in assigned area.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and coordination to perform all job duties including lifting, moving heavy loads, be on feet for long periods of time, etc.</li>

Job Summary Description:
This position is responsible for working effectively with supervisors and peers in locating, investigating, and cleaning for the successful rehabilitation and repair of various sewer and stormwater lines.
 
Essential Job Accountabilities:
<ul>
<li>Work successfully with supervisors and peers on various water and sewer rehabilitation and repair projects.</li>
<li>Direct equipment with alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to location needs.</li>
<li>Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites, including lifting, carrying, and pulling items 50+lbs in weight.</li>
<li>Review entry and work permits; and assists in the review of pre and post-installation videos.</li>
<li>Enter manhole/confined space. </li>
<li>Perform job site setup and cleanup.</li>
<li>Haul equipment and crew members by driving various vehicles.</li>
<li>Complete driver’s daily record of duty.</li>
<li>Submit work orders for vehicle and equipment maintenance, as needed.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor for Safety hazards, and report any safety issues to the supervisor</li>
<li>Other tasks, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 
Education:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalency.</li>
</ul>
 
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a physical labor position with outdoor construction required</li>
<li>CIPP experience (preferred)</li>
<li>CDL (preferred)</li>
<li>Acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>Safety Certifications for Confined Space, Competent Person, 10 and/or 30-hour OSHA, as well as those related to traffic control, as required.</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
<ul>
<li>Must successfully pass a drug test, as well as driver’s license check for past 2 years without any suspensions or major traffic violations.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, and haul up to 75 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to travel is required, as much as 90% if needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to effectively work in confined spaces.</li>
</ul>
