Education and Experience

<li>Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, data privacy and security laws, and emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and IoT).</li>
<li>Skills: Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Competency in risk assessment and strategic thinking.</li>
<li>Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.</li>
