Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 
<ul>
<li>Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and various other legal documents.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients.</li>
<li>Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.</li>
<li>Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.</li>
<li>Preparation and filing of status updates prior to scheduled hearing</li>
<li>Providing regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services.</li>
<li>Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with the client to ensure most updated figures have been received</li>
<li>Monitor for executed client declarations</li>
<li>File client declarations with the court</li>
<li>Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. </li>
<li>Prepares legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by VP, general counsel. </li>
<li>Investigates facts and law of case to determine causes of action and to prepare case accordingly. </li>
<li>Performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail </li>
<li>Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document file</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
<ul>
<li>Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrower, clients, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.</li>
<li>Attention to detail is a must.</li>
<li>High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.</li>
<li>Proficiency in internet research activities.</li>
<li>Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure preferred</li>
</ul>
