Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintaining and supervising a heavy &amp; diversified caseload of the firm’s clients in Ohio.</li>
<li>Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.</li>
<li>Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing &amp; drafting agreements, etc.</li>
<li>Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.</li>
<li>Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience drafting legal documents, such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload.</li>
<li>Must be currently admitted to practice law in Ohio (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS)</li>
<li>Preferably 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm</li>
<li>Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus</li>
