All Lieutenants and Captain rotate weekends and holidays. Weekend/holidays hours of duty (in uniform) 0700-1500.
The Lieutenant position requires indoor/outdoor work in geographically dispersed government facilities, driving company vehicles to and from assigned government facilities/posts. The Lieutenant’s duty will include conducting FPS required inspections, standing post as required, performing duty outside in the elements including harsh winter and summer weather. Duty hours are determined by the CM and Director of Operations and may change based on MERITUS/FPS taskers and current operational missions. Due to the nature of the position and requirements of the job, working a flexible hour /shift schedule is not authorized for this position. Must be available to work all scheduled shifts and be available to work on short notice. Shifts and days off may be altered based on other Lieutenants/Supervisors vacation/sick leave. This position prefers prior experience with judgment collections foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings, including liens, court dockets, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as familiarity with real estate documents, such as title work and deeds.
Position Description:
Answering correspondence and phone calls
Format, revise, and finalize correspondence
Practice management software data entry 
Help with the preparation of documents
Assist with team projects
File pleadings, motions, and affidavits based on deadlines
Optimum Skills:
Excellent personal skills
Must be available weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm for in-office work. An occasional week night or weekend may be required.
Strong math and accounting skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Prior work experience required - must demonstrate dedication and hard work
Most recent cumulative grade point average must be 3.0 or higher
High school diploma required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Must contain excellent skills in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create an automatic outline, print mailing labels, and insert/format multiple columns
Ability to work high volume under pressure while still demonstrating excellent personal skills

For over 22 years we’ve been dedicated to helping injury victims achieve justice while maintaining a collaborative, supportive work environment for our team.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with 3–5 years of personal injury experience who can manage a busy caseload and contribute to our firm’s success. What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Organize, review, and summarize medical records and billing</li>
<li>Draft and prepare demand packages for insurance negotiations</li>
<li>Provide exceptional client communication, updates, and support</li>
<li>Conduct and manage client intake calls</li>
<li>Prepare and file litigation documents, set up depositions, perform discovery and other trial documents</li>
<li>Assist attorneys with trial preparation</li>
<li>Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and filings</li>
<li>Support overall case management and other firm operations</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:

<li>3–5 years of personal injury paralegal experience (required)</li>
<li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and client service abilities</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Clio experience preferred</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and eager to contribute to a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
