•Responsible for identifying upset conditions and responding as to minimize safety hazards, stucco quality deviations, equipment damage and delay.
•Responsible for operating the front-end loaders and dump truck.
•Responsible for performing some routine maintenance on equipment.
•Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives, as required by supervision.
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
•Must be able to understand and follow all Plant, Department, and specific job safety rules for this functional area.
•Must have read and understand all applicable JSA/VWI for this functional area.
•Must be trained and be able to safely follow LOTO and Confined Space procedures for all equipment in this functional area, as well as any other model programs that apply.
•Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of this functional area.
•Must have regular and predictable attendance, including mandatory overtime and flexible scheduling to meet customer demand as required.
•Must be able to understand and communicate basic reading, writing, mathematics, and measurements.
•Must be able to perform all housekeeping requirements for this area and any others as required to maintain a clean work area.
•Must have the ability to learn all operations in the Mill Packing Area.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Job DescriptionMWG is looking to add a 3rd Shift CNC Machinist to our Pippin location! &nbsp;JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp; The CNC Machinist is responsible for accurately operating machines, inspecting parts for quality and performing basic maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Machines parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.</li>
<li>Operating machines to produce good parts efficiently and on time to satisfy our internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Inspect parts and fine tune to ensure consistent part quality throughout every production run.</li>
<li>Program and setup machines to produce first article parts.</li>
<li>Performing basic preventive maintenance to equipment and tooling to maximize machine uptime.</li>
<li>Sets up, adjusts, and operates all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.</li>
<li>Selects the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.</li>
<li>Monitors the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.</li>
