POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electrical Controls Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, programming and installing electrical control systems used in manufacturing, including plant power distribution equipment, facility electrical equipment and auxiliary systems.

The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred</li>
<li>10+ years management in a manufacturing setting</li>
<li>High carbon steel wire experience preferred (also acceptable: low carbon, drawn steel wire)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of quality and safety systems, ISO 9001 preferred</li>
<li>Extensive communication and team building skills </li>
