 What You’ll Be Doing:

<li>Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care, following blend sheet instructions.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, helping build long-term relationships.</li>
<li>Support daily operations, including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.</li>
<li>Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.</li>
<li>Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.</li>
</ul>
