Opening:
<ul>
<li>Direct Support Professional (DSP)</li>
<li>Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.</li>
<li>Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm or 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm or 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am, every other weekend and holiday required, flexible scheduling. </li>
<li>Guaranteed full-time 40 hours per week or part-time 24 hours per week.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED, preferred</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
</ul>
Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.</li>
<li>Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.</li>
<li>Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.</li>
<li>Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.</li>
