<li>You’ll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout.</li>
<li>You’ll define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.</li>
<li>You’ll identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives.</li>
<li>You’ll track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.</li>

<li>You’ll perform “what-if” analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions.</li>

<li>You’ll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.</li>
