Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to perform inspections, measurements, and tests on incoming materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure that quality requirements are consistently met. The role involves reading, analyzing, and using drawings, blueprints, sample data, and other materials to determine conformance to requirements of processes, materials, and products. You will set up and use various types of inspection and measurement equipment to validate product and process conformance and ensure compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct inspections, measurements, and tests on materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Read and analyze drawings, blueprints, and other materials for conformance to requirements.</li>
<li>Set up and operate inspection and measurement equipment.</li>
<li>Collect samples for testing and affix stamps, tags, or labels to indicate product inspection status.</li>
<li>Perform final product release activities and route nonconforming materials to the appropriate area.</li>
<li>Record inspection, measurement, and test data on designated forms or computer systems.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing inspection and test processes.</li>
<li>Participate in cross-functional teams as the quality representative and investigate nonconformance complaints.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management and staff to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.</li>

Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of quality inspection experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.</li>
<li>Ability to hold parts up to 10 pounds for measurement.</li>
<li>Experience in documenting data into computer systems.</li>

Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CMM programming experience is a plus.</li>

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and play a key role in both estimating and managing projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for preparing competitive estimates and overseeing the execution of commercial electrical projects. This role requires 5 or more years of experience, a strong background in high-voltage commercial electrical systems, and proficiency in Accubid. You’ll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle—from bid to closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
This is a full-time, onsite position with minimal travel required.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
</li>

Develop accurate estimates using Accubid for labor, materials, and subcontractors
</li>
<li>
Prepare and submit competitive bid packages
</li>
<li>
Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
</li>
<li>
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
</li>
<li>
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
</li>
<li>
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders

Track and report on key project metrics and milestones
</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and project management
</li>
<li>
Proven expertise in high-voltage commercial electrical systems
</li>
<li>
Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and commercial construction practices
</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
</li>
<li>
Strong organizational and communication skills
</li>
<li>
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
</li>
<li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications

Field experience in commercial electrical installation or supervision

**GENERAL FUNCTION
**
The Associate Technician supports the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.</li>
<li>Completes equipment calibration and setup; promptly communicates any maintenance issues to Supervisor.</li>
<li>Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor of any outstanding or re-occurring issues.</li>
<li>Participates in the training of Associates; mentors new hires and cross-trains associates as necessary.</li>
<li>Actively communicates and shares information and expectations with Supervisor; participates in team meetings and focus groups and offers input on facility issues.</li>
<li>Demonstrates a positive attitude; treats all associates with respect and dignity. Reports any issues/concerns to Supervisor.</li>
<li>Actively supports management decisions and communicates concerns when appropriate; assists the Team Leader and Supervisor in the execution of their duties.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean, safe work area; notifies Supervisor of potential safety/health issues.</li>
<li>Supports, follows and monitors all safety requirements and provides immediate feedback to all/anywhere necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains adherence to company policies.</li>

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
