POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Technician will examine materials for flaws and deviations from original product specifications. This role will inspect, accept, or reject products for durability, function, customer satisfaction, and overall quality. The Quality Technician will perform various quality control related inspection and verification activities on raw material, in-process products, and final products to ensure the product meets required safety and quality standards as required in stay in compliance with ISO/IATF standards. This position will work with and communicate to all various functions including but not limited to distribution, engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and suppliers as required.
CORE FUNCTIONS
· Issue In-Process Check Sheet to areas producing OEM and Aftermarket programs. 
· Complete 2-hour monitoring of process, visual inspection and measurement data collection for critical characteristics, document results into statistical software and maintain runs charting. 
· Report trends, shifts, and jumps in process to Quality Assurance Management. 
· Inspect and test raw materials and in-process products, and final products. 
· Monitor testing procedures, interpret results, capture data into program software, report out on inspection results,
· Administer data and Document Control responsibilities in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
· Perform process layered, product and/or dispatch audits – document and report results.
· Perform MSA studies, recall and calibration on instruments used to ensure product quality per MSA, recall, and calibration schedule.
· Participate in creation of PPAP packages – specifically dimensional layouts, IMDS inputs, quarantine management and in-coming inspection (if applicable). 
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. 
· 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing related position is preferred. 
· 2 years of ISO and/or IATF experience preferred.
Required Licenses
· Valid driver’s license preferred. 
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
· Skilled in auditing and computer skills. 
· Skilled in general PC operation/navigation and application-specific experience including SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 applications (MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Minitab or other Statistical Software and AIAG documents.

· Ability to distinguish between normal and abnormal conditions and react/report accordingly.

Test Analyst – Warehouse Management System 
Columbus, OH Hybrid (3–5 days onsite per week)
12+ month contract 
 
This position is on the Testing center of excellence team and will be working with Logistics, OMS and SAP teams. The analyst is responsible for test preparation, test execution, and defect management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Must have experience with test case design and execution, Bug tracking, PKMS hands-on testing (inbound, outbound, inventory), Integration testing across OMS, PKMS, and ERP, and knowledge of multiple test types: sprint, regression, end-to-end, smoke, integration.
 
 Responsibilities

<li>Participate in functional and technical design reviews to understand business processes, technologies, and architectures.</li>
<li>Create and update test scenarios and test cases aligned with functional requirements.</li>
<li>Define and manage appropriate test data in test environments.</li>
<li>Execute test cases, document results, and provide proof of testing.</li>
<li>Log, track, and retest defects in the test management tool.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

<li>Hands-on experience testing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Manhattan PKMS, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and exception handling.</li>
<li>Experience with integration testing for order release, shipping confirmations, inventory feeds, returns, and interfaces between OMS, PKMS, ERP, and TMS.</li>
<li>Knowledge of PKMS batch jobs, screen flows, and related ERP system integrations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with EDI flows and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).</li>
<li>Ability to validate data using basic SQL queries.</li>
<li>Experience designing and executing test cases, including multiple test types (sprint, smoke, regression, end-to-end, integration).</li>
<li>Proficiency with test and defect management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, etc.), including bug tracking.</li>
<li>Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).</li>
<li>Experience working in onshore/offshore models.</li>
