QA Investigations Specialist

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Responsible for the overall management of one large $200MM + or an individual project with a high level of complexity or multiple construction projects. Key responsibilities, as described below include: Project Administration, Financial Performance, Schedule Performance, Risk Management, Relationship Management, Team Member Development, and Collaboration.
 
<ul>
<li> Experience total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects. </li>
<li> experience managing all disciplines of design/build projects or hard bid projects as required for the market this position serves. </li>
<li> Must have experience in all contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction. Must understand legal aspects and implications of contractual language. </li>
<li> Must have a proven record in increasing project profitability from the initial project profit margin on multiple projects. </li>
<li>Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of the impact caused by multiple changes in either the design, engineering, or construction phases and how they impact the overall project, from the cost, schedule, construction management, and construction operations perspectives. Must be knowledgeable of when and how to address these issues with customers. </li>
<li> Must have managed a minimum of one projects in which all process or production equipment procurement or installation or both was within the scope of project services; or, must have managed all components of comparable to process projects for other specific industry types of projects, including, but not limited to, mission critical, large distribution and manufacturing, support utilities, equipment procurement, and installation, and manufacturing equipment and support utility installation. The total value of this component of work shall have exceeded two million dollars for each project. Should also have experience and knowledge of costs associated with discrete equipment components and systems and installation procedures in order to prepare estimates and proposals. </li>
<li> Must be able to mentor and/or train other project staff, such as senior project managers, project managers, assistant project managers(s) or other team members. </li>
<li> Must have proven experience in the development of aggressive schedules for projects with variables such as project type(s), areas, and seasonal start dates. </li>
<li> Must have proven experience in preparing cost estimates for design/build projects in the industrial arena. </li>
<li> Must be able to develop and maintain harmonious relationships with owners, co-workers, vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.</li>

The Intersect Group is partnered with our client in Enon, OH, to find Technical Support Specialists. The contract is 3 to 6 months. We are looking for someone who can offer great customer service. Our client will move quickly and conduct a 1 and done virtual interview with the qualified candidates.

Requirements:

Duties:
<ul>
<li>Uses remote tools and cloud technology to provide technical support for hardware, software, store networks, and applications</li>
<li>Manages simultaneous connections to multiple stores and pieces of equipment; prioritizes the order in which repairs are made in order of emergency priority</li>
<li>Monitors the severity of data packet loss either to the entire store network or specific pieces of equipment. Provides the best solution to resolve the underlying problem to bring equipment up to full functionality</li>
<li>Identifies and corrects issues before a location is aware of a problem using cloud and web-based applications</li>
<li>Determines the best course of action to improve performance and efficiency of store systems, equipment, and applications</li>
<li>Provides accurate verbal instruction when onsite diagnostics is needed to bring various pieces of equipment to full functionality</li>
<li>Understands and completes proper processes when installing software</li>
<li>Directs field personnel in installing new equipment that is going on the store network</li>
<li>Configures and upgrades software on newly installed devices</li>
<li>Implements software changes for fuel dispensers and fuel tanks</li>
<li>Sets up new DVR equipment and configures recording settings, including using proper naming conventions, for multiple cameras</li>
<li>Provides troubleshooting by using remote tools connected to other legacy networks</li>
<li>Manages multiple tickets and works them in order of emergency to lowest priority</li>
<li>Identifies re-occurring store issues by reading and understanding case history and determines if a different course of resolution is needed to reduce repeat problems</li>
<li>Reads, interprets, and follows procedures described in the internal knowledge base</li>
<li>Provides documentation for knowledge-base articles</li>
<li>Works with third-party help desk vendors as applicable</li>
<li>Maintains inventories and orders parts as needed</li>
<li>Provides phone support as needed</li>
<li>Attends training classes as required to stay current with new equipment troubleshooting procedures and technology</li>
<li>Initiates timely communication of critical events to Store Support Team Leads</li>
<li>Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management</li>
