OTHER:

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: No special licenses required. Individuals are required to meet the minimum bonding standards.
GROOMING: All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (as outlined in the Employee handbook). 
OTHER: Applicants with additional language skills preferred.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed</li>
<li>Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager</li>
<li>Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay</li>
<li>Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages</li>
<li>Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred</li>
<li>Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required</li>
<li>Flexible overnight hours are required</li>
</ul>
