The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for the daily fabrication activities within the plant which include blueprint reading, layout, fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting, torching, and grinding. In addition, this position may involve loading and unloading all inbound and outbound freight, supplies and machinery as well as directing other fabricators in the facility. 
Roles and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Able to read and interpret blueprints and piping schematics </li>
<li>Able to read a measuring tape </li>
<li>Intermediate knowledge of welding, cutting, torching, grinding, drilling, and tapping </li>
<li>Able to layout, fabricate, and assemble assemblies </li>
<li>Able to read and interpret tools to produce a level, plumb and square assembly </li>
<li>Mechanically inclined with hand tools and power tools.  (Grinders, cut off grinders, drill press, hammer, sockets, wrenches, etc) </li>
<li>Primary welding is MIG and Dual Sheild wire. (Plate, structural steel &amp; pipe) </li>
<li>Weld carbon steel (including plate, structural steel, and pipe) </li>

<li>Able to climb ladders and work off the ground up to 12’ or higher, as required </li>

Required Qualifications

<li>2+ years’ experience in a fabrication manufacturing environment </li>

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role&nbsp;
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs.&nbsp; You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:
<ul>
<li>Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.</li>
<li>Sell membership packages and meet the goals set by leadership.</li>
<li>Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.</li>
<li>Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.</li>
<li>Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.</li>
<li>Successful management of labor and staff scheduling</li>
<li>Effective P&amp;L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures</li>
<li>Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.</li>
<li>Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and&nbsp; standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.</li>
<li>Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.</li>
<li>Further growth through educational/training opportunities</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</li>

What You’ll Need to Shine&nbsp;

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.</li>
<li>Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.</li>
<li>Capability to provide and follow clear directions.</li>
<li>Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to coach, mentor, and train</li>
<li>Present professional image according to appearance guidelines</li>
</ul>

Work Environment and Physical Demands&nbsp;
