Job Description
Gillmann Services is seeking an experienced&nbsp;Landscape Foreman&nbsp;to lead residential landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run crews, operate equipment, and deliver quality work on schedule.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential job sites</li>
<li>Operate equipment including&nbsp;mini excavators, skid steers, and excavators</li>
<li>Perform and oversee excavation work for&nbsp;pools, patios, retaining walls, and foundations</li>
<li>Drive and operate&nbsp;dump trucks with trailers</li>
<li>Ensure job site safety, productivity, and quality workmanship</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with crew members and management</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, including leadership or foreman experience</li>
<li>Proven experience operating&nbsp;mini excavators, skid steers, and/or excavators&nbsp;on residential sites</li>
<li>Experience driving a&nbsp;dump truck with a trailer</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a good driving record</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills</li>
