Job Summary
This individual will use corporate training initiatives to steer the content of the training they conduct on a daily basis. This will take place at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, along with some support for new sites on the east side of Cleveland.
 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Use company audit materials to evaluate employee performance for culinary and food service tasks, and provide real time feedback</li>
<li>Utilize company training materials to lead monthly training sessions in the kitchens at five hospitals as scheduled</li>
<li>Collaborate with food service managers to evaluate training needs for employees and development training materials to support</li>
<li>Customizes training documentation forms</li>
<li>Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics</li>
<li>Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff</li>
