Assistant Infant &amp; Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)

 $13$18/hour (based on experience and responsibilities)
Imaginative Beginning- Maumee is seeking a full-time Assistant Infant &amp; Toddler Teacher to support our early childhood classrooms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, wants hands-on experience in childcare, and is open to learning and growing in the field of early childhood education.
Most positions follow a consistent daytime schedule (ex: 8:00am5:00pm) within our center hours of 5:30am5:30pm.

 Responsibilities
As an Assistant Teacher, you will:
<ul>
<li>Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities </li>
<li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment </li>
<li>Assist with lesson activities, transitions, meals, and routines </li>
<li>Supervise children during play and learning activities </li>
<li>Communicate respectfully with families and team members </li>
<li>Help maintain daily classroom documentation </li>
<li>Follow all state licensing and center policies </li>
</ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
Required:
<ul>
<li>At least 18 years of age </li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, AED, Child Abuse Prevention) </li>
</ul>
Preferred (not required):
<ul>
<li>Previous childcare or early childhood experience </li>
<li>Interest in early childhood education or child development </li>
<li>Dependable, patient, and team-oriented\</li>
<li>CDA (Child Development Associate)</li>
</ul>
 No formal experience required we will train the right candidate.
 
 
 Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs </li>
<li>Ability to actively supervise children throughout the day (Reasonable accommodations available.) </li>
